Reframe Coaching and Mentoring offers a bespoke service for organisational coaching. You bring to the coaching session a curiosity to solve a leadership problem, and we assist you to find an enhanced solution and develop something novel.
Our approach is simple but uncommonly used: We take current research, filter to what is relevant, and coach through the practical implications.
Our coaching can cover the following two domains.
A. Working in the business

B. Working on the business
If you aspire to work on the business, then we tilt toward:
1. The organisation – thinking at a higher level about organisational issues you influence.

We can introduce diagnostic tools such as the Global Executive Leadership Mirror (GELM®) by KDVI or foster emerging concepts that fit your context.
Our clients can select resources on a topical article or blog, a practitioner-based article, a leading academic journal (typically on strategy, innovation or leadership), or the latest evidence-based research from a business or organisational psychology book.
We can introduce coaching that develops mindsets that shift from binary either/or decisions to both/and thinking.
