Peter is an organisational coach who assists clients in defining their own beliefs, identifying opportunities and crafting their vision so they will flourish in the workplace environment.
Peter has experience in both group and individual coaching, focusing on learning and testing leadership behaviours. Other topics include embedding strategic thinking at the individual and the organisational level, framing and understanding the often complex nature of an organisation’s culture, developing a ubiquitous change management mindset, business model innovation, and career-based coaching.
Peter’s passion for coaching and mentoring comes from over two decades of diverse work in demanding investment management companies in the private and Victorian government sectors. He is keenly interested in what shapes organisational culture and has mentored people across multiple organisations at all levels, including CEOs and executives. His experience in investment analysis and portfolio management allows him to craft appropriate cultural and performance questions for senior executives. He couples this with a rich understanding of organisational structures with high levels of empathy and reflection.
Peter has recently completed an Executive Master in Change with world-renowned INSEAD, with its emphasis on focusing on leadership behaviour and personal change, the often-hidden dynamics of organisations and systems, and change management. A lifelong learner, his awarded degrees and professional qualifications include postgraduate studies in organisational coaching, change management, finance and theology.

Susan is an educator, writer, and researcher interested in the intersection of identity, leadership, gender and race. She is currently working in the Faculty of Education at the University of Melbourne and coaching leaders in education. Before working with initial teacher candidates, Susan was the Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning at The Hamilton and Alexandra College, where she led the English Faculty. She has previously held the role of Head of English at Monivae College and was Head of International Students at Methodist Ladies' College.
Susan is a creative thinker who has led significant curriculum changes in schools, developed collaborative research teams and designed the architecture of new learning ecosystems. Susan is a visionary who adopts a critical and innovative approach to best practice in the classroom, building capacity leadership teams and developing strategy at the executive level. She has worked with ISV, VATE and RMIT to complete research projects to create professional learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders.
A Trained Leader in Coaching in Leadership with Growth Coaching International, Susan has laid the foundation of a coaching culture in each organisation she has been a part of and has engaged hundreds of educators in transformative coaching conversations.
Susan was recently awarded a PhD from Deakin University. Her thesis examined how women negotiate multiple subjectivities as they establish themselves as leaders in rural schools in Australia. Designed as a qualitative, feminist poststructuralist study, arts-based methodologies identified ‘sites of struggle’ around gender, race, and the rural.
Susan has contributed a chapter titled, 'Context Matters: Women Leading in Rural Schools' to Flip the System Australia: What Matters in Education (2018) and is currently writing a play about leadership in rural schools.
