Credentials
Our coaching is deeply informed by our postgraduate studies at INSEAD, and we coach clients globally in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
As lifelong learners, we hold undergraduate and postgraduate degrees and professional qualifications in organisational coaching, corporate strategy, change management, international studies, Chinese, leadership, finance, education, and theology.

Our clients include family businesses, private equity, venture capital, professional services firms, public corporations, and education and faith-based organisations.
Finally, Peter is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals, and a writer for the Academy of Management Insights Journal. He is also an active volunteer for INSEAD's Alumni ANZ, including serving as Chapter Lead - Managing Change and co-facilitating numerous events.
