For individuals at any level, Reframe Coaching and Leadership offers a bespoke organisational coaching service. You bring to the coaching session a curiosity to solve a leadership challenge or opportunity, and we assist you in developing an enhanced solution.

Our approach is simple but uncommon: We take current research, filter it for relevance, and coach through the practical implications. 

You can apply strategic attention to the following three domains.

1. The self 

Change starts with the self. We partner with you as you adopt a deliberately developmental mindset, focusing on your aspirations using evidence-informed tools.

2. The team

 We help leaders analyse their team dynamics, including structure, processes and effectiveness. 

3. The organisation

We guide higher-level thinking about organisational issues you influence. Including the business components of a firm, such as strategic partners, key resources, key activities, value proposition, brand, go-to-market, and customer segments.  

Diagnostic Tools and Resources 

We can introduce diagnostic tools such as  the Global Executive Leadership Mirror (GELM®) by KDVI or foster emerging concepts that fit your context. 

You can select resources from blogs, a practitioner-based article, a leading academic journal (typically on entrepreneurship, strategy, innovation or leadership), or the latest evidence-informed research from a business or organisational psychology book. 

We introduce coaching to develop your leadership mindset, shifting from binary, either/or decisions to both/and thinking and strategic attention to drive outcomes.
